What we collect

This website has no sign-up, no login and no contact form. We only receive information you choose to send us:

• Messages you send on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, including your name, number or email address and what you tell us about your project.
• If we enable website analytics, anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, the referring website and the type of device. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not identify you personally.

We never ask for patient medical records or health information through this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver work you have agreed to, send invoices, and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages to anyone who has asked us not to contact them.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run neat: our email and messaging providers (Google, WhatsApp/Meta), our website host (Netlify) and, if enabled, our analytics provider. When we work for you, we may use trusted contractors who are bound to keep your information confidential.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Records of paid work and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email buildwithneat@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the UK and EU, the GDPR.
